Question: Who is Ag West?
Answer: We our a wholesale distributor of ag replacement parts. We mainly sell to dealers and OEM's but also sell to the public. Ag West was established in 1983 by Jim Cox who is currently the President and his son Jered Cox is the Vice President.

Question: I have a resale license and would like to resale your parts. Do I get a different prices than shown on your website?
Answer: Yes, you do. You will need to set up a log in username with your info and email or fax us your resale license. Once we receive both you will be set up with "dealer pricing" which will automatically show once you log in. If you need something right away please call and we can expidite the process or place the order over the phone.

Question: I just placed an order, when I can expect the order shipped?
Answer: We pride ourselves on same day shipping. Most orders ordered before 3:00pm Pacific Time usually ships the same day. If we are out of stock of an item we will make sure to contact you asap to let you know when the item(s) are going to arrive.

Question: Where will my order be shipped from?
Answer: Every order is shipped from our warehouse in Fresno, CA. Depending on the situation we can ship direct from a manufacuturer upon request.
